| Jorgenson Machinery is an 20 year old company that provides the following services and products to many different industries: LINEAR BRUSHING SYSTEMS - These are brushing machines that clean off flat surfaces prior to applications like coating, laminating, printing, glue spreading. They are also used to clean off panels after drilling, sanding, routing, etc. Our systems are also used to clean off conveyor belts. Industries served include wood working, plastics, auto, mining etc. MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEMS - We provide design and manufacturing of conveying lines, loaders stackers, unloaders, feeders, ect. We automate high speed production lines tailored to the needs of the customer. VISUAL INSPECTION SYSTEMS - These systems are designed to detect defects in surfaces such as dust, dents, bumps, occlusions, etc. They also detect presence or absences and dimension capabilities. These systems are integrated into production lines. KSM CONTACT CLEANING SYSTEMS - These are systems that are used in clean room type operations to remove particles from film, plastic, printed circuits etc. These are ultra clean systems. SCHAEFER BRUSHES - We are distributors of the Schaefer industrial brushes. These include circular, rotory, strip and a thousand other types of brushes used in the work place. WEISS SUCTION GUNS - Suction guns are used to remove particles of dust and contaminants from the high tech parts assembly areas. Made in Germany, these guns operate on compressed air and are the ultimate in clean room particle removal. |
